Your experience, curiosity and willingness to dig deep. The journal does the guiding.

What format is the journal?
A 7.5-inch square hardback with a full-colour interior, made to be written in, scribbled on and lived with.
Does the Case fit the journal?
Exactly what it was made for. The case carries the journal with room for a few thinking essentials.
Where do you ship to?
UK delivery is available. More destinations are coming soon.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return postage is your responsibility. Please contact us first for the return address. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of accepting the returned item.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
When will I get my order?
Find Your Tell journals and cases are made to order after you make your purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for production before dispatch. UK orders are sent using a standard trackable service, with tracking details emailed once your order is on its way.
Journals and Cases are fulfilled separately, so they may arrive in different parcels.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
