Prices
Prices show in euros, or in your local currency where available. Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay, and shipping is free.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when my confirmation email reaches you. Payment is handled securely by Shopify and the payment provider you choose, so I never see your card details.
Delivery, returns and cancelling
Delivery is covered in the shipping policy. Returns and cancelling are covered in the refund policy.
If something's faulty
If anything you buy is faulty, email me and I'll put it right. Your legal rights on faulty goods always apply.
The journal
The journal is a set of guided questions for your own thinking. I'm a designer, not a therapist, psychologist or doctor, and the journal isn't a substitute for professional advice.

What each service includes, and how it runs, is set out on its page.
Send me accurate information, and only material you have the right to share.
Timings depend on how quickly you reply, so the dates I give are estimates.
The final work I deliver to you is yours to use however you like.
Fonts, photos and Canva elements keep their own licences. I'll tell you if any need one.
I may show your work in my portfolio. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me and I won't.
Copyright
The journal, its questions and design, the words I've written on this site, and the Find Your Tell name all belong to me. Your copy of the journal is yours to use. If you'd like to use it for a workshop, course or anything commercial, ask me first.
Relationship with Shopify
Find Your Tell is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Find Your Tell. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Find Your Tell, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Find Your Tell.
The law
These terms are under Spanish law. Wherever you live, you keep every protection your own country's consumer law gives you, including the right to bring a claim where your local law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version on the day you order is the one that applies to your order.
