What surfaced

Founders who knew exactly what they'd built, and reached for the words to carry it. These are their stories, and what changed once the words arrived.

SuperDinky

Giving NICU families back the moments they thought they'd lost

Before
Lorna lives her mission every day. She knows her community, her products and the numbers she campaigns on, and she's taken them to BBC Woman's Hour. She was looking for the one message sitting underneath it all, as SuperDinky began working with businesses.

Came for
Her core message, and a banner for Ideas Fest that would pull people in.

Left with
Her tell, in her own words, held up against every product she makes. Plus a new name for her gifting, a hand-lettered wordmark and her Ideas Fest banner.

Since
Her community gave Parcel of Joy a resounding yes. It now goes out on every parcel she sends.

My dad was born at two pounds six ounces, in 1949. Work like Lorna's matters to me. Know a family with a baby in neonatal care? SuperDinky dresses the smallest babies, and backs their parents all the way home.

Chefi-Task

Voice-powered food labelling for professional kitchens.

Before
Ben has spent more than twenty-five years in professional kitchens. He's dyslexic, and handwritten labels were always the hardest part of a busy service.
So with Andy, who built the app, he created voice-powered food labelling for busy kitchens. The product was quick and clear. The brand was still catching up.

Came for
A better-looking leaflet.

Left with
A whole brand. A new voice and visual identity built around one simple idea: Say it. Print it. Stick it. Dyslexia-friendly messaging, and the leaflet, website, social and supplier materials to carry it.

Since
Ben found the confidence to take it to new kitchens. At Alexander House Hotel, the pastry chef says it's "like it has been made for me".

For every chef who finds the pen harder than the knife. Run a professional kitchen? Chefi-Task labels your food in the time it takes to say it.

"I have no idea how you do it. With so few questions, you came up with just the right branding and whole package. Our confidence has grown just from working with you."
