Changed your mind? Email hello@findyourtell.com within 14 days of your journal arriving, with your order number.
Then post it back within 14 days of that email, unused and just as it arrived, to:

Send it tracked, with your national postal service. Couriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx are not accepted.
You pay the return postage.
I refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of your email, once your journal reaches me or you send me proof of postage. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Arrived damaged or wrong?
If your parcel arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email me your order number and a photo. I'll send you a new one, free, or refund you in full if you'd rather.
Pass It On journals
Pass It On journals are personalised. Each one is printed to order with your own dedication, so the 14-day change of mind doesn't apply to them. If any arrive damaged, email me and I'll replace them.
Find Your Tell with me and Let It Show
Your booking is confirmed the moment you pay. Paying asks me to start straight away, and I start within 24 hours.
To cancel, email hello@findyourtell.com with your order number. The time you send your email is the time that counts.
Find Your Tell with me
Cancel within 24 hours of paying and I refund you in full.
Cancel after that, any time before your tell arrives, and I refund 30% of what you paid.
Once your tell arrives, the work is done and the fee is no longer refundable.
If your answers haven't reached me 30 days after your questions, I'll close your booking and refund 30%.
Let It Show
Cancel within 24 hours of paying and I refund you in full.
Cancel after that, any time before your brand direction arrives, and I refund 70% of what you paid.
Cancel after your brand direction arrives, any time before your finished brand arrives, and I refund 40%.
Once your finished brand arrives, the work is done and the fee is no longer refundable.
If I haven't heard from you for 30 days, I'll close your booking. Everything I've made so far is yours.
A paid seat at The Dig
Cancel up to 48 hours before your first Tuesday and I refund you in full. If your journal's already on its way, I keep its cost. Inside those 48 hours, your seat moves to the next Dig, once.
If your group's still filling four weeks after you book, you choose: a full refund, or keep your seat for the next start date.
Once we've started, your seat is yours for the whole run, and if you miss a Tuesday, you pick up at the next one.
