Shipping policy

Shipping
Launch offer: free shipping on every journal. When it ends, you’ll see the shipping price at checkout before you pay.

Your delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before you press Buy. Your journal goes to print within one hour of placing your order, and it’s sent to the address exactly as you entered it at checkout. Once your order goes to print, the address can’t be changed.

Printing and delivery
Printing takes 3 to 5 working days, then your journal is posted with tracking. Delivery takes up to 28 days, depending on where it’s going. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as it’s on its way.

Still waiting?
If your journal hasn’t arrived 28 days after it was posted, email me your order number. I’ll find out what’s happened, and if it’s lost in the post, I’ll send you another.

Import fees
Wherever possible, your journal is printed in the country it’s being sent to, or for European orders, inside the EU. If it crosses a customs border to reach you, your country may charge import fees on delivery. These are handled entirely by your country’s customs authority and collected by the courier, separately from your order with me.

Where I ship
I ship to the UK, Europe and the USA. Somewhere else? Email hello@findyourtell.com and I’ll see if I can open it up. Shipping there comes at a cost, and import fees may apply.

Find Your Tell with me and Let It Show come to you by email and online calls, so there’s nothing to ship.
